The Wagga Wagga & District Historical Society was formed in 1962 and held its first general meeting on 17th September, fifty years ago this year.
To celebrate our 50th Anniversary the Society has organised an Anniversary Dinner to be held in the Pacific Lounge of the Wagga Wagga RSL Club on the evening of Saturday 15th September 2012.
Members and their guests are invited to attend to celebrate all that the Society has achieved in the intervening years since its formation.
The Society will be inviting along a number of special guests, and a guest speaker, all of whose names will be confirmed as the day approaches.
Time is 6:30pm for 7:00pm start.
Dinner will consist of a three course meal (seated service). Tea and coffee will be available (self serve).
Cost for the evening is $30.00 per head. There will be a bar in the room with members and guests to purchase their own drinks as required.
