Pictured here are co-owners of the new Kooringal Hotel Motel Mr John Jackson and Mr Bill Cosier which was opened 50 years ago in 1967.
The Hotel was officially opened by the Member for Wagga and Minister for Mines, Mr Wal Fife and the opening was also attended by Wagga’s Mayor, Ald R J Harris. The Daily advertiser reported at the time that the Hotel includes three bars, a combined lounge-dining room, six motel units, a drive in bottle shop and parking for 310 cars.
