Membership of the WWDHS is open to all those with an interest in local and regional history. Membership benefits include:
- Regular general meetings and workshops on historical topics
- A bi-monthly newsletter, and online access to all previous newsletters together with an up to date index.
- Online access to Sherry Morris’s Biographical Index of Wagga Wagga
- Online access to many local historical publications and articles including “Back to Wagga” Souvenirs and Information Books as well as indexes for several important local resources.
- Members only Photographs
- Access to the Society’s archival material
- Regular excursions to places of historic interest, and social functions – including an annual Christmas Party
- The opportunity to participate in Society projects
The annual membership subscription is $20 for individuals, and $30 for a couple (2 people). Fees fall due on the 1st July each year. If an applicant joins after 1st January their subscription will be credited in full to the next membership year starting on 1st July that year
