In 1992 the Daily Advertiser reported that Charles Sturt University-Riverina senior lecturer in Drama Colin Anderson had been granted the title Associate Professor in Drama.The announcement came just nine months before Colin was due to retire from the University after 20 years continuous service.
The official testimonial marking the CSU-R announcement refers to Colin’s role a theatre energiser, actor and director during his long period of service at CSU-R and says in part “Mr Anderson has done more than perhaps any other member of the Charles Sturt University-Riverina to establish meaningful connections between the university community and the community of Wagga Wagga and the surrounding region……”
