  • After 25 years, Don and Malle Baker have retired from the Mangoplah Hotel with the licence being transferred to Ron and Lorraine Tye. Loyal customers honoured them with a dinner at the pub this week.
  • Riverina Fresh milk processed locally by Murrumbidgee Dairy Products (MDP) has returned to the shelves of Woolworths supermarkets after being removed almost two years ago when Woolworths signed an agreement with MDP competitor National Foods.
  • Bruce Thomas George Webster, (pictured on left) one of four brothers who built up the Webster soft drink empire in the Riverina has passed away at the age of 73.
