Fifty years ago the Daily Advertiser reported that a wedding cake decorated by Mr Ron Walden of the Kelso Bakery and featuring a detailed model of St Michael’s Cathedral was a focal point at the wedding of Mr Peter Rocks and Miss Julianne Walsh.
