Another ice-cream home delivery service has begun operating in Wagga.
The Daily Advertiser announced that the latest service will be operated by Mobile Vendors of Rockdale in Sydney and will trade under the name of Toni-Bell.
The sound of chimes from the company’s two vans will advise householders that a vehicle is in their area.
All commercial ice-cream varieties from cones and sticks to large bricks would be sold and the company hopes to recruit enough women to drive and serve from the vehicles each day.
